“One in a Million” Homework Week 3

How are you doing at keeping up with your Sunday School homework? I am enjoying the workbook a lot but this is the second time I’ve been through it, so I’m mostly just reading and reviewing previous answers. A few favorite quotes from last week:

“Often the Lord purposefully allows the nourishment provided by this world to taste like bitter waters to us so that we come to understand the importance of His touch on our circumstances. Without God’s influence, nothing in this world can really quench the deep thirst of our souls.” (pg. 64)

“Salvation delivers you out of Egypt, but the wilderness is designed to work Egypt out of you and replace the prominence of its influence in your life with God’s. We must encounter the wilderness in order to align our lives to His plan.” (pg. 75)

I thought this was a great question, and one I wrestle with…

“How do you know when an inner hunger is meant for only God, not someone/something else in your life, to fill?”

If you have any favorite passages, questions or thoughts, share them in the comments. And God bless your time in His Word studying week 4 this week.
