The “apple-a-day” thing worked pretty well this month. I was at the doctor’s twice and sick all month, so I’m guessing you had to be eating an apple a day for longer than I was for it to keep the doctor away. But overall, it was a success and I hope to keep up with eating apples frequently.

Apparently I’m Doing It Wrong . . .

For the record – an apple a day does not, in fact, keep the doctor away. My brilliant “apple-a-day” project has been much more fun than my disastrous attempt at walking on the treadmill, but it didn’t keep my from getting sick.

Okay, so I know that my first 10 in 10 wasn’t too successful. But I am resolved to try another month with a different goal and see how it goes before I give up entirely.
